• First, top up your balance in the website currency — TWC.
• Then go to the Shop and choose what you need: VIP, admin privileges, custom weapon and character skins, or Gold coins.
• After payment, everything will be automatically credited to your account — no need to activate anything manually.
• If you purchased Gold coins, you can use them directly in-game with the !shop command.

We understand a ban can be unexpected and frustrating. But please understand:
our rules clearly state that an admin has the right to issue a ban without a full check if the account:

• has less than 300 hours played,
• is private or empty (no achievements, no friends),
• was previously banned,
• or doesn't have VIP/donation status.

Why is that?

🔸 We respect our admins’ time – they’re players like you, but they also keep things in order.
🔸 Visual assessment and experience are often accurate enough.
🔸 We’re a gaming project — like any platform, we support those who support us. VIPs and donors earn trust along with their perks.

‼️ We do not accept appeals for these types of bans. This is stated in the rules and applies to everyone, except those who financially or promotionally support the project.
