1.1 Accounts with less than 300 hours, a private or empty profile (no real achievements or friends), a ban in the last 30 days, and no VIP/donor status — may be blocked without review.
1.2 Appeals against such bans are not considered. Exception — players providing financial or promotional support to the project.
